Abstract

Problems of chemical engineering education associated with macroeconomic factors, as well as the dynamics of the country's development over the past 30 years are presented. The concrete solutions of problems of personnel training for the rubber industry are proposed, based on the close contacts with modern industrial enterprises of rubber industry produced world-class products.
