Abstract
Stages of designing and processing solutions for optimization of equipment shaping of production of large dimensions latex shells (LDLS) for radiosond’s previously described are set out in detail. Processing problems of early used LDLS of chloroprene latex are shown. The new processing based on the use of latex of natural rubber include two stages: 1) production of gel stocks by ion deposition and 2) blow up to necessary dimensions, dry out and vulcanization in build state. The schemes of star-shaped forms for formation of LDLS and calculation of parameters of these forms as a function of their dimensions, as well as manipulator for lowering, lifting, and interposition transposition of forms are presented. Construction of termochamber for stocks drying (under temperature 40–50 °С), one of the more significant power input of LDLS production, is also presented, and power input of its heat-up at start is calculated.
