Automated Data Bank of a New Generation of Rubber Formulations and Properties – «Rubber S»

Abstract

The issues of creating and using automated data banks (ADB) and intelligent data warehouses for rubber formulations are considered. A concept for constructing data banks and intelligent data warehouses as active recipe design subsystems is proposed. A new generation data bank ABnD "Rubber S" is described – a bank of rubber recipes and properties. Structures and models of automation for use in technological developments are considered. The possibility of practical use of ABnD «Rubber S» for the optimal selection of rubber formulations is shown.
