Abstract
Comparative studies of the effect of modifying additives (MA) of nanocarbons (MAN): 0,3 weight parts of fullerene soot 0D and 0,5–1,6 weight parts of graphene nanoplates 2D (obtained by the original method of the authors) on the complex of mechanical properties of model rubbers based on a blend of diene rubbers SKI-3 and SKD (70/30) were carried out. Nanocarbons were used in addition to the main filler – carbon black P-24. Increase of wear resistance up to 60% and tear resistance up to 70 % under MAN addition was shown. Improvement of resistance to thermal aging is also shown (up to 50–60 %). An analysis of the data obtained allowed to recommend MAN 2D (nanocarbon graphene nanoplates) for practical use.
