Abstract

Two- and three-component compositions based on nitrile butadiene rubbers with chlorinated paraffin and oligobutadiene were studied. The thermodynamic compatibility of the mixture components was calculated based on Hansen solubility parameters. Using the example of compositionally heterogeneous butadiene-nitrile rubber, the predominance of dispersion and hydrogen interactions between its fragment enriched in butadiene with oligobutadiene, as well as the predominance of the polar component between the fragment enriched with acrylonitrile and chlorinated paraffin, is shown. A direct correlation has been established between a decrease in glass transition temperatures and an increase in the diffuseness of the boundaries between the structural elements of the compositions. A decrease in the glass transition temperature has been shown with the joint introduction of oligobutadiene and chlorinated paraffin into butadiene-nitrile rubber, without isolating additives in the form of a dispersed phase
