A Rubber Polymer Material for Lining Surfaces Subject to Abrasive Wear

Abstract

A new wear–resistant composite material has been developed that can be used to manufacture linings of the inner part of hydrocyclones – sand nozzles operating in an aqueous environment and an environment of weak acids and alkalis and providing protection against abrasive wear of its internal metal surfaces. The invention can also be used for lining any mining, mining and other equipment, for the manufacture of molded rubber products operating in a mode of increased abrasive wear.
