The Use of Butadiene-Nitrile and Hydrogenated Butadiene-Nitrile Rubbers Mixtures in Goods with Increased Heat and Aggressive Environment Resistance

Abstract

The results of research on the development of new compositions rubber based on special purpose rubbers - butadiene-nitrile and hydrogenated butadiene-nitrile brands NBR-40AMN and Zhanber ZN35156 both individually and in combined compositions. The strength properties of rubbers were studied before and after thermal aging in air at temperatures up to 120 °C. Mass swelling of rubbers in aggressive environments has been determined. It was been established that experimental rubber based on 30 phr of NBR-40AMN and 70 phr Zhanber ZN35156 has the best set of properties, is thermally more stable and can be used in the composition of multilayer rubber-cord products.
