Abstract
The relative hysteresis of pneumatic and massive tires filled rubbers of under various types of load during testing on various devices at normal temperature was determined. On a UTS-5 tensile testing machine (Testsystems), samples in the form of blades with a thickness of 2, a width of 6,15 and a length of 25 mm were used, the test speed was 100 mm/min. For compression tests on this equipment, cylindrical samples of Ø18 and 24 mm in length (similar to the sample for the Goodrich flexometer) were used. The deformation mode was sawtooth. Also, to determine the relative hysteresis, an Electropuls E1000 test machine from Instron was used. For compression tests, similar samples were tested, for tension and tension-compression tests - original samples with a thickness of 6 and 12 mm. The Instron machine implemented sawtooth, sinusoidal and special cycles of deformation of samples with different periods of load and rest, similar to the deflection of the material in pneumatic tires. The difference between the results obtained with different test methods is shown
