Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of elastomeric materials with increased cohesive strength and improved tensile fatigue endurance by combining SKI-3 with 1,2-polybutadiene and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Butadiene rubber of the SKD-777 brand was used as 1,2-polybutadiene, and polyethylene of the PND 277-73 brand was used as high-density polyethylene. Rubber mixtures were prepared in a Haake PolyLab rubber mixer for 9 minutes. It has been established that the combination of SKI-3 with SKD-777 and HDPE leads to a significant increase in the green strength of the rubber mixture (to the level of natural rubber) and an increase in Mooney viscosity. It has been experimentally confirmed that the combination of synthetic polyisoprene with 1,2-polybutadiene and high-density polyethylene leads to a significant increase in the fatigue endurance of rubber under repeated stretching. Tests have shown that the optimal ratio of SKI-3,
SKD-777 and PND 277-73 is 83/10/7.
