Abstract
This article presents the obtained correlations between such technological indicators of a rubber compound as degree of its vulcanization, cohesive strength, time to reach maximum torque, and the physico-mechanical indicators of its vulcanizates: Shore A hardness, bond strength with metal cord 9L15/27 and the number of stretching cycles to rupture, respectively. In the experimental part of the study, a rubber compound and vulcanizates were used for cargo radial tire breaker based on SKI-3 rubber filled with carbon black N220 in the amount of 55 wt.h. The obtained simple dependencies will allow technologists to calculate the expected values of the above vulcanizate indicators already at the stage of manufacturing the rubber compound. It is suggested that for rubber compounds of other formulations, the type of correlation dependencies found will remain when the numerical values of the coefficients included in them change.
