Abstract
In this work, a comparative analysis of dispersed elastic materials obtained by grinding at positive temperatures was carried out, and an assessment was made of their role in the formation of the properties of elastomer materials. The objects of study were crushed vulcanizates (CVs) obtained by successive grinding on rollers (cascade method) and by the method of high-temperature shear grinding. Waste rubber elements of the gas mask facepiece were used as raw materials. Data on the morphological characteristics of CVs were obtained by laser diffraction and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller methods using particle size analyzers Fritsch Analysette 22 and specific surface area NOVA 1200e. Using optical and scanning microscopy, features of the organization of the surface of dispersed elastomeric materials were revealed, their physicochemical properties were studied using sol-gel analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The results of studying the complex of vulcanization characteristics and physical-mechanical properties of model rubber compounds and rubbers containing the studied dispersed elastic fillers are presented.
According to the results of studies of elastomer materials filled with CVs, the prospects for the use of dispersed elastic materials from rubber elements of the gas mask facepiece, which ensure the effective involvement of rubber recycling products in the production of elastomer products, are demonstrated.
