Abstract

The paper evaluates the adhesive characteristics of rubbers based on various brands of butadiene-nitrile rubbers: SKN-18MNT, SKN-26MNT, SNK-40SMNT synthesized in the presence of a sulfonate emulsifier, BNKS-18AMN, BNKS-28AMN, BNKS-40AMN synthesized in the presence of a paraffinate emulsifier, and SKN-2655A, obtained on in a mixed emulsifier, by the following methods: determination of bond strength during delamination according to GOST 6768; assessment of adhesive properties by the H-method according to GOST 14863-69; measurement of stress-strain state (SSS) using samples with an oblique thread. The highest bond strength during delamination are rubbers based on rubber SKN-2655A. The maximum strength index according to the H-method has a rubber-based rubber sample with a content of BNKS-40AMN. Elastomeric compositions based on rubber with a content of BNKS-28AMN have 53% more endurance during dynamic tests relative to samples with a content of BNKS-18AMN. The influence of the marginal.
