Abstract

The questions of quantitative analysis of the structural composition of styrene-butadiene rubbers are considered. Based on the results of high-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy (equipment: Bruker-Avance-700-III-HD, magnetic field 16,4 T, working frequency for protons – 700 MHz), as well as literature data, the advantages and disadvantages when using resonance on 1H and 13C nuclei. Practical recommendations are given for selecting the conditions for recording spectra required for quantitative analysis. The methodological aspects of the international standard ISO-21561 are critically analyzed and it is shown that a number of provisions of this document need to be radically revised.
