Abstract

The review is devoted to the analysis of scientific and technical literature on polyester tire cord waste management. It is shown that it
consists of polyethylene terephthalate fibers and crumb rubber. There are three main areas of waste disposal: pyrolysis, reuse, and recycling.
The advantages, disadvantages and prospects of each area are considered.
