Abstract
The adhesive properties of adhesive compositions of introduced products of the type of dyspractol CS-BP were studied. CS-BP are complex
salts obtained in the melt of ε-caprolactam and N-isopropyl- N΄-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine by the interaction of rosin acids with zinc oxide.
CS-BP was introduced into the composition of chloroprene adhesive (HA) in the form of a stable emulsion with ethyl acetate (EA). The
properties of HA, CS-BP and EA were studied by IR spectroscopy on the FSM 1201 device. The invariance of CS-BP and EA of different dilution
of emulsions is shown. The time variation of bond strength in adhesive compounds containing CS-BP with rubbers based on rubbers of
different polarity (blends of chloroprene Byprene-611 and BNR BNCS-28AMN (I), SBR SCMS-30ARK (II), BNR BNCS-40AMN (III)) was studied.
For II and III, the bond strength increases, and for I in the beginning it is unchanged, and then decreases. This is probably due to the modifying
action of CS-BP, changed the crystallization ability of the substrate. The results of the study confirmed the applicability of CS-BP as part of
rubber-cord shells of shock absorber for railway equipment.
