Abstract

Continuation of studies of changes in molecular parameters and kinetics of the processes, accompanying the plasticization (P) of SKI-3
isoprene rubber is presented. Kinetics of the processes of mechanical cracking, oxidative destruction and recombination at temperatures
(T) 30–130 0C and time (t) 30–600 s. P, as before, was carried out in a laboratory rubber mixer of the company «NFM» and determination
of molecular characteristics on a gel chromatograph of the company «Waters», The calculated kinetic parameters and activation energies
of the processes studied were compared at different T and t. Compared also the changes of molecular mass MM. The role of the MM, shear
stress and O2 at different stages of P is under discussion.
