Abstract

A comparative assessment of the properties of samples of antiagglomerators (AA) obtained on the basis of: powder (P) and highly concentrated 35-50 % (wt.) an aqueous dispersion (AD) of stearates of calcium (STC); zinc (STZ), barium (STB), barium-cadmium (STBCd), emulsion polyolefin and a solution of a mixture of calcium alkylbenzosulfocyanates (ABSK), as well as their influence on the properties of rubbers (isoprene, butyl rubber), rubber compounds and vulcanizates. Moony viscosity, plasticity by Karrer, elastic recovery according proper GOST, and index of plasticity preservation according « Tolуattikauchuk » method as well as vulcametric and physical and mechanical properties of obtained rubber specimen, rubber compounds and vulcanizates .also according proper GOST have been measured. It has been shown that the use of AA based on commercial STC in the form of P or AD under industrial conditions requires the selection of individual formulations and conditions for the synthesis. Suspensions of STB, STDCd and STZ were characterized by reduced stability relative to STC suspension synthesized in a standard synthesis recipe. The negative change of complex of measures data at the use of STB, STDCd, and ABSK was shown. Nevertheless presence of components of suspension based on ABSK contributes to a decrease in the start time of vulcanization, an increase in the difference between the maximum and minimum torque, and an increase in stress at 300 % deformation of vulcanizates, indicated, in our opinion, the formation of a more dense vulcanization network.
