Abstract

The effect of different types of oils on rheometric parameters of rubber compounds, strength and dynamic properties of vulcanizates based
on high-molecular neodymium cis-1,4-polybutadiene in compared with the imported oil-filled analogue was studied. The plasticizer oils used
for the studies were of brand names «Norman-346» (TDAE), «Norman-132» (MES), «Norman-239» (NLP), «Norman-583» (TRAE). Vegetable
oils such as Phyto-Norman-212 and Phyto-Norman-213 were also used. The microstructure of the examined rubber samples was determined
on a Perkin Elmer Spectrum 100 IR spectrometer using a NLPE attachment. Viscosity and Mooney relaxation were determined on Mooney
viscometer «MV 2000» by Alpha Technologies according to GOST R 54552 at 100 °С, and rheometric characteristics were determined on the
device «MDR 2000» by Alpha Technologies at 160 °С during 30 min and the amplitude of deformation 0,5°. Tangent angle of mechanical loss tgδ
was measured on RPA 2000 of Alpha Technologies at shear, indicator tgδ at 60 °С was used for evaluation of hysteresis losses of vulcanizates.
Strength values of vulcanizates were determined in accordance to GOST. Vulcanization of rubber compounds was carried out in LAP-100
vulcanizing press by Joos at 145 °C during 35 min. It was shown, that vulcanizates based on samples filled with petroleum oils are inferior to
imported analogue in tensile strength, but comparable in a complex of dynamic properties. It was found that vulcanizates based on sample
filled with vegetable oils were comparable to their imported counterparts by strength, but were characterized by a slightly worse level of
dynamic properties.
